You can delete your Chore Bear account at any time. Deletion is permanent.
What gets deleted: your parent account, all child profiles in your family, chores, rewards, task history, photos, and any personal information we hold about you. We complete deletion within 30 days. Some data may persist in backups for up to 90 days before being purged on our rolling schedule. A limited amount of information may be retained where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open Chore Bear
Sign in to the parent account you want to delete.

Go to Profile → Settings
Tap your avatar in the top-left, then the gear icon.

Scroll to "Delete account"
It's at the bottom of the Settings screen.

Confirm
You'll be asked to confirm with your password. Once confirmed, deletion begins immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by form
If you can't sign in to the app, fill out the form below or email privacy@chorebear.com from the address associated with your account. We'll verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. To cancel, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Chore Bear → Cancel Subscription on your iPhone. You can do this before or after requesting deletion.
